Light Level & Wattage Reduction Guarantee

guarantees the wattage reduction for your project, based on the Client Project Agreement and Scope of Work.

The recognized, accepted, and certified formula for computing lighting savings is as follows:

Burn Hours X Wattage Reduction X Utility KWH Rate =$avings

will absolutely guarantee the Wattage Reduction projected.  As for the other parts of the formula:

• Your facility personnel have the SOLE control over the actual Burn Hours
• Your Utility controls the KWH Rate

The wattage reduction is based on the PRE-construction baseline measurements vs. the POST-construction baseline measurements of selected lighting circuits representative of the main types of retrofits.  The measurements are taken with a recording wattmeter, which produces a printout of the results.  The results are multiplied by the number of each type of fixture to quantify the results.

If the wattage reduction falls short of the projected reduction for a particular type of retrofit and the client or their representatives have not altered the composition of the measured circuits, will reduce the cost of the project by the sum of $500.00 per kilowatt reduction not achieved.

will guarantee light levels with  pre and post retrofit foot-candle measurements.  Exact locations will be noted and measured to ensure equal or increased light levels.  If light levels are not achieved, will revise the retrofit strategy at no additional cost to the client.
